GAMIFICATION EXPERIENCE DESIGN

This project was a creative pitch in response to a brief from Fenty Beauty and Sephora. I was selected to lead the conceptual and spatial design of the Find Your Fenty Fit pop-up - an immersive, mobile experience aimed at driving engagement, sales, and shade-matching consultations across high-traffic Australian locations.
I designed every aspect of the activation experience, from the architectural layout to the visual language, and presented the final concept to Fenty’s marketing team.
CREATIVE DIRECTION & BRAND STRATEGY
“GET FENTY FIT”

Get Fenty Fit was a layered naming strategy that tied directly into the 'Find Your Fenty Fit' campaign, referencing foundation shade matching while playing on the energy of fitness culture.
The word “fit” became a cheeky triple entendre: your foundation fit, your fashion fit, and your physical fitness.
The concept came to life through a boxing ring-style shade-matching zone and a gamified punching bag, where guests could “score their match” — both in shade and in sport — for a chance to win their matched foundation.
SPATIAL DESIGN & USER JOURNEY
The pop-up was designed as a branded beauty gym, blending product discovery with high-energy, interactive moments. Guests moved through photo zones, shade-matching consultations, the arcade-style game, and a POS area with gifting.
I developed the concept and naming, created all 3D models in SketchUp and Rhino, designed the layout and circulation, styled the visual merchandising and props, and produced all final renders and branded mockups.

RENDERS
The design was structured around a 3x3m modular grid and developed to construction standards, using a steel frame shell system typical of temporary activations. Every element was conceived as fully buildable, with modularity allowing for flat-pack transport, rapid install, and replication across cities. This ensured the concept wasn’t just visually impactful, but architecturally robust, scalable, and production-ready.
