DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY MAJOR WORK

For my design and technology major work, I saw an opportunity to redesign, develop and propose a scheme that improved the school canteen, a space that was in dire need of activation and rejuvenation. My proposal aimed to create a space that allowed students to want to be in, and give everyone different ways to enjoy the space. This was done by designing a variety of seating options. The design also activated the landscape around the new building, allowing students to connect to both the interiors and the exteriors. My design was nominated for the SHAPE 2020 Exhibition.
